Sales & Marketing Specialist

Overview:

SlickFlo is hiring a Sales & Marketing Specialist to lead marketing efforts of our customers. We are looking for a motivated self-starter to support our senior marketing lead across email marketing, CRM management, social media, and automation while contributing to strategic planning for SlickFlo and its clients.

Job Type: Full Time (40 hours/week) & Hybrid

Location: Rawalpindi/Islamabad

Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing – Assist in planning and setting up email campaigns to engage leads and support conversions..
  • CRM Management – Help maintain and update HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate contact data and segmentation.
  • Marketing Automation – Support the creation and testing of automated workflows under guidance from the senior lead.
  • Social Media Marketing – Assist in scheduling and publishing content across social channels to build brand awareness.
  • Content Marketing – Collaborate with the team to draft blog posts, email copy, and landing page content.
  • Performance Analysis – Monitor key campaign metrics and support the team in analyzing performance data.
  • Marketing Strategy – Contribute ideas and assist in executing the marketing strategy developed by the sales & marketing lead.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of outbound marketing: Cold emails, cold calls, unsolicited LinkedIn messages, direct mail.
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing: Blog posts, SEO, LinkedIn marketing, and social media.
  • Experience in copy writing and content management.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking and optimizing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Candidates with 6 -12 months of experience are preferred. We welcome applications from fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow.

Key Skills:

  • HubSpot certifications is a plus.
  • Strong English speaking and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
