Inside Sales & Business Development Specialist

Overview:

SlickFlo is hiring an Inside Sales & Business Development Specialist to lead outreach and growth efforts for our B2B-focused SaaS product. We are seeking to work with someone who is a self-starter and can take ownership of client acquisition and relationship building. You will represent our key customer and their product on LinkedIn, building trust with prospects, generating qualified leads, and converting them into long term partnerships. This role focuses on outreach, thought leadership, and aligning with our product and marketing direction.

Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, including segmentation, targeting, value proposition refinement, and execution across relevant channels.
    • Act as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing inbound and outbound leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
    • Conduct cold outreach campaigns on LinkedIn to connect with potential clients in target industries.
    • Identify and qualify prospects, conduct discovery calls, and convert them into active opportunities.
    • Represent the company on LinkedIn through content, engagement, and professional communication.
    • Work closely with the Product Manager and CEO to shape sales and marketing strategies, including client messaging, positioning, and outreach plans.
    • Support content marketing efforts by contributing ideas, sharing insights, and aligning outreach with ongoing campaigns.
    • Maintain and update CRM records, track outreach results, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

    • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in SaaS, content, or marketing services.
    • Experience working with North American B2B clients and strong understanding of their business culture and communication style.
    • Strong LinkedIn networking and outreach skills.
    • Familiarity with best practices for cold outreach, including crafting compelling messages, effective follow ups, and managing the full outreach cycle from initial contact to conversion.
    • Ability to generate qualified leads and nurture them through the conversion process.
    • Understanding of content marketing, personal branding, and storytelling on LinkedIn.
    • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
    • Personality and communication style that resonates with North American customers, making them feel comfortable and confident engaging with you.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with leadership.

Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
    • Experience: 2 -3 years of experience are preferred in sales and business development.

Nice to Have:

    • Experience in selling digital or software based services.
    • Background in marketing, communications, or business strategy.
    • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce or other CRM tools.
