Overview:
SlickFlo is looking for a dynamic Jr. Content Writer – Technology who can create engaging and informative content on emerging technologies such as IT, AI, clean energy (renewables), electric power systems, electrification, blockchain, business, and more.
As a Jr. Content Writer – Technology at SlickFlo, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content pieces including blogs, articles, infographics, and social media posts (particularly for LinkedIn) that connect the dots between technologies and their business aspects. The ideal candidate should be adept at breaking down complex technological concepts into easily understandable and engaging content.
Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Research and write high-quality content on emerging technologies like IT, clean energy (renewables), electric power systems, electrification in transportation, AI, blockchain, business, etc.
- Create engaging blog posts, articles, and infographics that highlight the intersection of technology and business.
- Develop content for social media platforms with a focus on LinkedIn.
- Design visually appealing graphics using tools like Canva.
- Ensure all content is consistent with the brand voice, style, and tone of our customers.
Requirements:
- Candidates from engineering (electrical/electronics/mechanical/mechatronics) background with a passion for writing on technology and business are encouraged to apply.
- 6-12 months of experience in content writing, particularly in the technology and business sectors.
- Strong English speaking and writing skills.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and their business applications.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools, particularly Canva.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and present information clearly and concisely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
